A: PTM is conveniently located in the Philadelphia Naval Business Center in South Philadelphia. The facility is located in newly renovated Building #16, the original home of the historic Naval Base Machining Complex. This magnificent structure has huge indoor capacity. Capabilities include a 150 ton crane and 75 feet “under the hook”. The plant is accessible by truck, rail, and ship - the Delaware River is a mere 50 yards away. This is a truly remarkable facility, and PTM is very proud to be part of the rebirth of this historic facility.
