Shop or Field Service
Whenever possible, PTM in-shop service is the preferred valve repair method. Our huge indoor facility, with large crane capacities and easy accessibility allows PTM shop service to be a leader in valve service and repair. PTM’s shop runs two shifts, 5 days a week. The valve service and repair schedule can be expanded to meet any job requirements.

In addition, PTM is always ready to work at your location, performing expert valve service in the field. PTM’s field valve service and repair is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day to handle all valve field service jobs.

PTM’s valve service and repair full reconditioning capabilities include:

• In-body seat restoration via welding and machining to OEM design / specification
• Hydro testing to 21,000 PSIG
• Trim set reconditioning of control valve internals to OEM specification
